Under its articles of association, ADSI BV buys, sells, imports, exports and distributes medical, paramedical, aesthetic, cosmetic and wellness equipment and products, including professional medical and aesthetic devices and laser and light technology, to private and professional customers, and provides delivery, installation, maintenance and commercial support for this equipment, insofar as legally permitted.

ADSI BV operates Med-Inovation. Depending on the agreement, Med-Inovation buys and resells equipment itself or acts as an intermediary for an agreed commission. Our role and the contracting party for each sale are stated in the quote or order confirmation. Equipment may be located at the supplier or at another external location.

All prices are in euro, excluding VAT and excluding shipping. A listed price applies to pickup at the location of the device; shipping, rigging and installation are quoted separately on request. We can arrange logistics worldwide; delivery costs and lead times are agreed in each quote.

Our offer is aimed mainly at professional buyers such as hospitals, clinics, practices, laboratories and beauty and wellness centres. An order or quote request is not binding: a sale is only concluded after our written confirmation. Devices are offered subject to prior sale.

We prepare device descriptions, specifications and photos with care, but errors are possible. The specifications, condition, warranty and price confirmed in our written quote or order confirmation always prevail.

Texts, photos and the design of this website belong to ADSI BV and may not be reused without permission. Brand and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the devices.

When you use one of our forms, ADSI BV (Boomsesteenweg 135 bus 102, 2610 Antwerp (Wilrijk), Belgium, enterprise number 0717.992.713), which operates Med-Inovation, processes the details you enter (name, organisation, email, phone, country, delivery address and your request) as data controller, only to handle your request, prepare quotes and orders and follow them up. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated purposes.

We keep your data as long as needed for your request and for our legal accounting obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@med-inovation.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

These terms apply to sales concluded by ADSI BV under the Med-Inovation name. This website and those sales are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Antwerp division, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
